Thank you for shopping with [Melanin Splash]. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you

have [7-10] business days from your order date to make a return. To be eligible for a return,

to include the original packing slip to be accepted.

You [will not] be responsible for covering return shipping costs. To print a return shipping label,

Shipping

Shipping cost to be determined at the time of shipping based upon destination and weight.

Cost will then be added to your invoice.

Local Delivery

My location for meeting customers for pickup is Kroger’s at 10595 Springfield Pike,

Cincinnati, OH. 45215 after establishment of a good day and time.

If delivery is needed there is a $20-$25 fee included...

UNLESS YOU’RE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY... Any 3 or more 3 liter orders FREE delivery.

Refunds

You will receive a refund in the form of [a credit to your original payment method] within [7-10] business

days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order [are] refundable. The

cost of return shipping [will not] be deducted from your refund.
